Signpost Productions has won awards for its commitment to diversity in the workplace, most notably by the Royal Television Society and the national sign-language organisation, Signature. Every member of the Signpost Productions team is integral to its continued success.

We understand diversity and inclusion because it is embedded into who we are. More than half of our staff has a disability and we are also closely linked with other industry networks across ITV.

Signpost Productions is headed up by a senior management team with vast experience in broadcasting and production. Managing Director Kenny Toal is an award-winning journalist with more than 20 years industry experience. Creative Director Gareth Deighan works across various platforms to produce Signpost’s work to the highest standard possible. Director of Production Technology Neil Pascoe has been responsible for the high level design and implementation of many of Signpost’s groundbreaking production technology projects over recent years.

Driven by a hugely talented team, Signpost Productions is looking forward to continuing to write its next chapter as it strives to create exciting new content with Diversity in its DNA.
