Signpost Productions has won awards for its commitment to diversity in the workplace, most notably by the Royal Television Society and the national sign-language organisation, Signature. Every member of the Signpost Productions team is integral to its continued success.

We understand diversity and inclusion because it is embedded into who we are. More than half of our staff has a disability and we are also closely linked with other industry networks across ITV.

Signpost Productions is headed up by Managing Director Kenny Toal who is an award-winning journalist with more than 20 years industry experience.
